We believe that our people are by far our most important and valueable asset. From our inventory clerks to our office based proof readers and booking managers, everybody contributes hugely to our process.

Megan Grimwood – Personal Account Manager

Another local lass, Megan likes nothing more than enjoying a great meal with friends and family. She cannot tolerate slow walkers, which is not surprise as she lists as her favorite sport as marathons, but not the running kind, the movie kind.

Dan Hatton – Head of Department

We prised Dan away from Ikea, where he had worked for 18 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new industry and manages his team with a real passion. His other passion is Crystal Palace, proving nobody is perfect.

William Moule – Director

Will founded Green Kite in January 2009 having previously gained extensive experience in the London property market through a variety of different roles including property management and sales. He loves to spend his free time with his two young sons and watching sport on TV with a glass of red.

Kandiss Carter – Inventory Clerk

Kandiss loves spending time with her family, in particular her young daughter. She cannot wait for July to come round each year, so she can watch Wimbledon with a bowl of strawberries and cream in hand.

Roubel Ahmed – Senior Personal Account Manager

Our very own caped crusader Roubel loves going to the movies, his favourite being Batman The Dark Knight. Despite not having the accent he supports Liverpool and really enjoys dining out with friends and family.

Jaskiran Kaur – Inventory Clerk

Growing up in India, Jaskiran has come to London in order to study commerce. When not inspecting properties around our nations capital she loves nothing more than relaxing through yoga or a game of badminton with friends.

Diana Osei – Bookings Adminstrator

Joins our team of south London locals here in the Green Kite office. She has a huge passion for childcare and studied this before joining us here. In another life she would loved to have been a gymnast and represented Great Britain in the Olympics.

Dominic Marshall – Inventory Clerk

A local South Londoner, Dominic absolutely loves football. He enjoys working for Green Kite but does run in to trouble in dusty, dark rooms as he has a real phobia of spiders.

Sabrina Boudali – Inventory Clerk

Currently studying history, Sabrina loves travelling round London while working for Green Kite as there is a piece of history around each corner. She also enjoys nothing more than playing a game of social tennis with her close friends (although nothing too competitive!).

Rebecca Bowyer – Bookings Administrator

Local to our office here in South London, Rebecca is meticulously organised. In fact she lists her biggest passion as making lists. She studied art and music, however there is one noise which she cannot tolerate, noisy eaters.

Hannah Atere – Inventory Clerk

Hannah is a Student of Biomedical Sciences at Brunel University, focusing on Genetics and Cellular & Molecular Biology. When she isn’t studying these microscopic developments Hannah is a competitive swimmer specialising in long distances.

Akib Ali – Head of Inventory Clerks

Akib joined Green Kite having been working as a negotiator for a North London letting agent. Prior to that he was at university studying Cognitive Science. He is another member of the Green Kite Arsenal supporters club, and when not working he likes to spend time with his family and watch films.

Cynthia Wong – Inventory Clerk

Originally from Malaysia, Cynthia is here in London to study Urban Planning and Real Estate. She hopes to inject Malaysian cities with some London influence! In her spare time she like nothing more than to relax by playing badminton with her friends.

Michael Ilo – Inventory Clerk

With a degree in law Michael demonstrates he has a real eye for detail and we can guarantee it means he misses nothing when on site. Michael is very tall, which not only helps him on site looking in those high cupboards, but, also when practicing his real passion – basketball.

Jack Aldons – Personal Account Manager

Jack joined us from a national gas company performing a similar role. He loves dealing with customers and being busy at work each day. Having recently passed his driving test he is on the hunt for his first motor, watch out London!

Michelle Caulker – Inventory Clerk

Michelle loves working at Green Kite, with her passion for property investment meaning she love looking at different properties throughout London. Before she joined our clerking team she studied business and sociology.

Moboshir Ali – Inventory Clerk & Trainer

Moboshir entered the property sector as a Lettings Negotiator and decided to move to Green Kite as he wanted to work for a larger company with opportunities for progression. He’s a big fan of Tom Cruise and spending time with friends and family.

Tagrid Shreim – Inventory Clerk

Tagrid joins us from Venezuela and is currently studying psychology in London. When not busy travelling around London and inspecting properties for Green Kite she loves nothing more than to relax with a book, her favorite being romantic novels.

Haider Tung – Inventory Clerk Trainee Team Leader

Having studied accountancy and run his own online business Haider has an excellent business mind. Away from work he loves nothing more than watching his beloved Arsenal or serving up some aces for anyone that will take him on at tennis.

Chris D’Souza – Bookings Administrator

Chris joins us with a degree in IT and tries not to ask us if we have turned our computers on and off when an IT issue arises in the office. He has a huge passion for mixed martial arts and football, although that is debatable as he is an Arsenal fan.

Buwashini Ponnampalam – Bookkeeper & Management Accountant

Macaroons! When Buwa bakes them we insist on some for the office team – they are sensational. Born in Sri Lanka and raised in Netherlands, Buwa is a true global citizen. Spare time will be spent having fun with her son or watching any Leonardo DiCaprio movie!

Ayoub Elazrak – Inventory Clerk

Ayoub comes from Hackney and loves to travel throughout London inspecting properties. His real passion however is travelling the world and exploring new cultures. In fact he studies International Relations before joining us here at Green Kite.

Cyprian Drozdowski – Inventory Clerk Team Leader

Cyprian hails from Poland, where he loved to practice his biggest passion of hiking through the wonderful countryside. With a wealth of management experience he joins Green Kite as a Team Leader, guaranteeing our clerks are performing to the highest standards in the industry.

Muthasim Ahmed – Inventory Clerk

Another Arsenal fan here at Green Kite, Muthasim also enjoys watching combat sports, in particular boxing, although he is yet to start practicing this particular pastime. While working here he hope to go back to his studies and carryout a law degree.

Wesley Hazelwood – Senior Personal Bookings Manager

Wes is truly a high flyer, having studied Aircraft Engineering at university and also landed a plane unassisted. He has a passion for music, Djing in his spare time, when not supporting his beloved Spurs.

Chris Gault – Associate Operations Director

Chris has worked in the Property Industry since 2005. He enjoys keeping busy, whether it be watching rugby, walking along the South Downs or visiting the country’s crazy golf courses. He has a real passion for Ceroc Dance classes where he supports the beginners.

Stuart Weightman – Bookings Administrator

Before working for Green Kite, Stuart’s work history was primarily in call centres and publishing. He is a big film fan and especially likes the Batman films and Alfred Hitchcock. Stuart’s favourite thing about working with Green Kite is the strong focus on skill enhancement.

Dami Akinola – Inventory Clerk

Combines his role here at Green Kite with his art work which he has continued after originally studying Fine Art. When not sculpting, he loves nothing more than to be active and competes to a high level at Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.

Juliet Spencer – Credit Controller

Enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. This would normally include a lovely meal out, a few glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, followed by dancing the night away with whoever she can drag onto the dance floor.

James Johnson – Inventory Clerk

A cheese and coffee connoisseur who is always willing to share his latest taste sensation discovery. James also has green fingers, spending time in his garden growing a huge variety of vegetables and flowers. Currently inundated with cucumbers if anyone wants one!

Karim Gower – Inventory Clerk

Karim loves to travel and has spent time in Morocco, Thailand and Australia. He studied Engineering at Kingston University and prior to working at Green Kite he was employed at Heathrow airport.

Adiatul Islam – Inventory Clerk

A dedicated member of our team for the last 12 months. He has a great personal touch and wishes to move in to teaching in the future.

Jon Marsh – Inventory Clerk

Jon has always had an eye for detail and this was put into practice when working as a mechanic. He still tinkers away today, but enjoys the freedom that comes from travelling around London on a daily basis visiting all manner of different properties.

Rene Aneomanti – Inventory Clerk Team Leader

Originally from Italy, Rene fancied a move to London in order to discover new places, people and experiences. He has found the perfect job to explore this fantastic city, whilst also being able to find great live music venues to throw his shapes at.
