Detailed checking
We leave no stone unturned to ensure that every area of the property is inspected and reported upon. This includes looking inside cupboards, below rugs and under mattresses.

Capturing facts
We use the latest technology to verbally record the contents and condition of the property and to photograph it as well. This ensures that the report is full of the type of detail that really matters.

Testing
Smoke alarms, showers, power on appliances, windows opening and closing, water working – we test it all.
