About the Role

We are excited to be hiring new Inventory Clerks to expand our growing team. Your role will be to attend properties across the city to asses and report on their condition and to create accurate check-in/check-out reports. You will be required to take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created. You will also act as a representative of the property agent for the collection/handover of keys. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the property industry working for a dynamic and ambitious company.

 

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a self-motivated professional ideally with a background or an interest in the property market. You will have at least 1 to 2 years administration experience in a similar role/environment. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously when doing off-site visits. This role can be physically demanding and candidates should be happy to spend a proportion of their day on their feet.

 

What we’re offering

  • Flexible work contract
  • Earning potential of up to £2,000 per month with full paid training provided
  • Paid per job with minimum guarantee

  • Quarterly bonus of up to £300 per quarter dependent on company & individual performance

  • Your role is London based but predominately a field based role although you may be required to attend the main office on request

About the Role

We are pleased to be hiring a new Business Development Manager. Based from our South London office, your role will be to ensure that sales growth targets are achieved from a targeted group of mid to high end estate agents. This is a pure business development role and involves converting leads (some warm, some cold) into turnover. The role encompasses both phone based appointment setting and face to face meetings so experience of both is desirable.

The package is fantastic and has been put together to attract the best talent in London. The commission is uncapped, the harder you work and the more you sell, the more you will earn

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager in a similar industry/environment, looking to work for one of London’s fastest growing property companies.

About the Role

We are pleased to be hiring a new part time Relationship Manager. Based from our South London office, your role will be to ensure that our clients are happy with our service and that this satisfaction is being turned into bookings. The role involves making outgoing calls to our clients, managing the relationship and ensuring that company targets are hit.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with experience of the lettings industry and phone based selling

The role is part time, 4 mornings per week. We are flexible with start and finish times but a minimum of 12 hours per week and maximum of 18 are on offer
